Dreaming when working irregular hours

with apologies to Gary from the uk put reading his post here on tribe
"between 2 and 4 every night. I have heard this is a part of the spiritual awakening we are all about to feel. "

Ok i understand sometimes during the night you sleep heavier other times lighter.

How does this reflect on nightshifters, at the moment if i'm working might get into bed anytime between 5-6am once christmas and new year are out of the way it'll go back between 3-4am.
Will this reflect my dreaming pattern differently.
I have always had albeit rare but very clear if strange dreams but more regular since i've done nights (13 months now on nightshift)

Can anyone help
will my deep sleep etc happen at different times
Though i admit since we've been working till 4am i haven't been able to sleep properly.
Hopefully i will tonight as i'm not at work

You have a lot of vivid dreams because you are a dreamer as one of your stronger or primary talents Pam, I think that's awesome! The times are not affected too much.

I think the 2 and 4 thing is temporary and is more of a message to those who experience it, it speaks of finding what one values and affirming themselves. This means if there are self worth issues, this 2-4 thing is pointing to boundaries as a cure. Knowing where your boundaries were crossed when you were a child such as in traumas, working to heal those moments now, finding the value of what those traumas brought you, and set new, more realistic boundaries once those are acheived.

Look at the dramas you went through as a child to find where trauma touched your life. They show themselves now as adults as defense mechanisms and survival techniques developed as children. But those things only worked while living at home with family as a means to survive the family life where we learn to mask what is not acceptable about us, but we forget to later remove the masks once we are outside the childhood home. What is not acceptable to our parents may just be acceptable to others. Or we may need other masks around teachers, co-workers, etc. Maska are not a bad thing, they can protect us, but it is better to know what to do in a given situation than it is to mask ourselves I think. Therefore masks are at best a temporary measure, yet we forget to remove them at all, spending our entire lives hiding behind them.

    Blessings, Spirit Wolf

Thanks Spirit wolf just seen your reply there thanks very much.
There is a lot of truth in what you write. And i agree with you i am a bit of a dreamer so would say its high up there in my talents i guess,

Remembering some dreams i've had in the past where i have woken up with a bolt, its usually in the small wee hours of the morning
Sorry this message is short i'll be off to work in a few hours but hopefully when i have a bit more time i shall come back and post some more

      Thanks again
