I thought I'd share this dream because it hit me as a story being told to me from a third person perspective, almost sounding like a story in a movie, but I was viewing in my dream instead. To give you a little background, I recently acquired a dog myself, sorta adopting it after finding her on the highway. I did feel fated to have her strangly..otherwise I'm a cat person normally, never owned a dog. ...So I'm sure this dream plays a part for me somehow ...That's where I thought I'd ask for some perspective or comments on what this dream might be indicating...

So, I was not present in the dream, it was, like I said, a narrative and I was hearing the story unfold with it's own characters. The story starts with a guy, no one I know, no idea who he is. He goes into a store of some kind. I'm not sure if it's a pet store or what but it ended up containing some dogs. They were all pure breeds or big names, the kind rich people want to own for status ,etc... He notices one dog that stands out from the rest, a rottweiler. Somehow, or for some reason ( i know nothing much about this type of dog) this strikes him as wrong or as the odd one out that doesn't belong up there with the rest of the dogs. He proceeds to ask the shopkeeper what that dog is doing there and that it doesn't belong. I don't remember what the conversation entailed, but eventually this guy goes up to check the dog out and the dog talks to him. He doesn't physically do it, it just somehow is being said to him, yet I was the person in the dream actually hearing it.. like silent/psychic communication. This dog (a male I'm sure) tells him that he should adopt him and take him and then shows him why. Somehow next this vision begins to unfold, like the dog is showing this man what taking him in will bring him. Because of this dog, this man will be walking him in a park one day and will lead to an encounter with another dog, which will belong to this women who will end up being someone special or important to him. I got the impression in my dream that is was like the dog saying he would bring him luck or lead him to some significant relationship or possibly the love of his life.

This is all I can remember before the details fade out other than a dog talking to his potential owner of what fate this dog will bring him...I woke up feeling so strange and good..like I had just watched a good movie or was even thinking of writing a story of my own.
